Terms & Conditions – Standard Trading Conditions (S.T.C.)

Currencies Traded: www.natural-basket.com engages in trade using any convertible currency. Payments are automatically converted to our trading currencies, Euro or US Dollar. Balances exceeding 5% of total trading volume in our favor must be credited prior to shipment, while smaller balances in the customer’s favor are kept in credit/debit until the next shipment. Payments can be made in Europe and Indonesia for customer convenience, with details specified on invoices. Please inform us in advance of your preferred transfer location.

Validity of Quotations and Offers: All quotations provided by natural-basket.com are based on standard trading terms and are without engagement until the firm conclusion/acceptance of the order. Quotations are valid for four weeks unless otherwise agreed upon and specified in writing.

Trading: Bamboo All trading activities adhere to common international commercial laws. However, in the event of a conflict with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the latter shall prevail unless otherwise specified and agreed.

Order Completion and Payments: A customer’s order is considered complete and accepted upon the receipt of a 50% down payment prior to order commencement, which is non-refundable as every order is irrevocable. Other payments, including balance payments, shipping, and applicable insurance charges, must be paid prior to shipping. Commercial documents will be forwarded after shipment as per customer instructions.

Insurance: All merchandise leaving the compound or loading address provided by buyers is not insured unless specified otherwise. Buyers are responsible for covering and insuring their orders on a door-to-door basis, free of all risks, including war, civil unrest, riots, commotion, strikes, etc.

Samples: All samples will be shipped at the expense and risk of buyers through carriers appointed by buyers.

Risk and Retention of Title: Merchandise supplied by natural-basket.com is at the buyer’s risk once loaded at the gate of natural-basket.com or any designated loading address. Natural-basket.com or their appointed parties remain the legal owner until full payment is received. Buyers must store merchandise separately and clearly identify it as natural-basket.com’s property until full payment is made.

Guarantees: Due to the nature of the products supplied, all trading and transactions by natural-basket.com are not guaranteed unless specified and agreed in writing. Any guarantees provided must be reported within 7 days of the goods’ arrival at the first port of entry. Compensations for wrong manufacturing will be addressed in the shipment following the claim, not exceeding the invoiced value.

Child Labor: Natural-basket.com does not support or condone child labor. The company does not employ anyone below the age of 18, and subcontractors are expected to adhere to the same standards. Persistent violations of this policy may result in contract revocation.
